Shipping Rates: All orders in the US over $100 are offered free standard shipping. Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Rustic Row Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, please reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
